Vagelis Antoniadis is a co-founder of Cytech Ltd and is responsible for driving the company's sales and building strategic business relationships worldwide. He holds a computer science degree from the University of Crete and a MSc in networks and telecommunications from the same institute. Vagelis is a constant innovator that applies new technologies in the mobile field and turns them into successful products. In his little spare time you will find him on an MMO RPG with a glass of wine and a good cigar.
Stelios Mavromichalis is a founder member of Cytech Ltd. He has completed his studies at the Department of Computer Science, University of Crete. During the last three years, he has worked for Sigma Securities S.A., Com-ToNet S.A. and University of Crete as a project manager, software engineer and system and network administrator. His main areas of interest are information systems, programming languages, operating systems, software design and development, parallel and distributed systems and computer networks.
George Saslis received his MEng in Computing from Imperial College London in 2004. During the following year and a half he worked as a funded PhD student in the Computing Department of Lancaster University, but was eventually won over by the business sector, and left academia for a position as Software Engineer in Cytech Ltd. He is in charge of the software development team, working with Agile Development techniques, in order to deliver customized technology solutions to the company's international customer base. He believes that: "Mobile, our most personal device, is the most exciting medium to be working on today - and the convergence point of all services that will soon be mobile".
Maria Katriadaki holds a degree from the Department of Management and Economics, Technological Educational Institute of Crete. She has worked in the accounting department of Peza Union and Kappa Foods S.A., in the sales department of Vergakis S.A. and Virtual Trade – Virtual Studio. Today she is working for Cytech Ltd. as a administrative personnel.
Themistoklis Dakanalis holds a Bachelor degree from Department of Electronic and Computer Engineering, Technical University of Crete and MSc in Information Systems and E-commerce Technologies from Department of Computer Science, University of Crete. During the last five years, he has worked as a software engineer for the Laboratory of Distributed Multimedia Information Systems and Applications (TUC/MUSIC), the Atlantis Group and the Cytech Ltd. His areas of interest include the analysis, the design and the implementation of Business Intelligence Systems (BI) and Service Oriended Architectures (SOA) using Business Process Management methods (BPM).
Maria Zacharaki holds a bachelor degree from Department of Economic Science, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and MSc in Marketing from Stirling University, Scotland. During the last years she has worked as an Account Executive in Advanced Advertising S.A. and as a Head of Research in Communication Ltd in Thessaloniki. Her main areas of interest include research and analysis of the market and the consumer behavior in respect of the new media. Today she is working for Cytech Ltd as a PR and Marketing personnel.
George Peponakis received his Bachelor Degree from the department of Applied Informatics and Multimedia, of the Technological Institute of Crete. During his studies, he participated in the PASIPHAE research laboratory, and undertook a number of external software development projects. He is passionate about new technologies and a fan of Open Source Software. He is mainly interested in programming languages and technologies around mobile phones.
Ioannis Christodoulou holds a Bachelor degree from the Computer Science Department of the University of Crete and an MSc in Electronic and Computer Engineering from the Technical University of Crete, in the Laboratory of Distributed Multimedia Information Systems and Applications (TUC/MUSIC). He has research experience, mainly in the field of Computer Graphics and Virtual Reality. Now, he is excited at the prospect of developing mobile marketing solutions for Cytech Ltd.
