Founded in 2001, Cytech is a company that has been active in the Mobile Technology and Mobile Marketing Software market, in Greece and abroad, since 2001. Our aim since day one has been to develop and deliver pioneering services of the highest quality, in order to fulfil our customers' needs to the maximum.
In 2002, our company developed a web service concerning mobile content based on SMS and their incorporation in Internet Cafés. The name of the service was net2SMS, and allowed mobile users to download mobile content on their mobile phones, by sending the appropriate SMS to a premium number.
In the same year, Cytech developed SMS Platofrm (www.mobile-marketing-platform.com), a mobile marketing platform using interactive SMS services. It is a market-proven platform which covers the mobile needs of Greek National Broadcast Network (ERT – ERA) and Databank S.A., among others.
In 2004, Cytech introduced a service for mass SMS dispatch from a desktop environment, via the Internet. The service was named EasySMS and provided advanced features, such as delivery report results, future scheduled dispatches, repeated dispatches, and dynamic selection of originator of the SMS.
Combining the power of SMS and the Media, Cytech launched a platform for running TV games via SMS. A TV game is broadcast by a TV station as part of their program and allows players to participate in the game via SMS, using their mobile phones. At the beginning of 2006 Cytech founded Bluevibe aiming at the exploitation of the Bluevibe System (www.bluevibe.net). Bluevibe is a proximity marketing tool based on the Bluetooth and WiFi technology. Cytech again pioneers, by thus becoming the first and only Greek company to develop their own proximity marketing tool based on Bluetooth.
Following on from the success of EasySMS, Cytech released a new service for bulk SMS aimed exclusively at businesses and professionals. The service was named ProSMS.gr (www.prosms.gr) and made its appearance in June 2006, offering top quality of service, combined with competitive pricing and advanced options for the dispatch of SMS, covering the full range of our customers' diverse needs.
